Lovely embroidered Suzani Tapestry. It measures 71" Long x 35" Wide. The primary use of a suzani was within the yurt (a Central Asian nomadic tent), as a protective wrapping panel for textiles and belongings. They were also used as prayer mats and for seating. COLLECTIBLE ASIAN TEXTILES
